This practice, referred to as a trigger leads, is legal and is beyond the control of 1st Colonial Community Bank and any bank.

We suggest, if you haven't already, consider registering on the Do Not Call registry: www.donotcall.gov Once registered you can report any unwanted solicitation calls to that website and once the phone number is reported on there, that company can no longer solicit without facing legal action.
